Our 19 bedrooms offer a warm and welcoming retreat to rest your head after a day in the salty sea air. Lovingly refreshed, all of our rooms have been reimagined to reflect the North Norfolk coast, featuring carefully chosen fabrics, wallpapers and paints that capture the maritime charm of Wells-Next-The-Sea.
Located a short six minute walk from The Globe Inn, Arch House Rooms offer a true home-from-home accommodation experience. With an additional 10 bright and airy bedrooms, a private terrace and dedicated car parking, it’s the perfect base for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Our rooms are located either in the pub or around our courtyard area, so you can often enjoy a fun and lively atmosphere. Should you prefer rooms away from the pub, Arch House Rooms offer a quieter environment and include parking at the rear of the building.

Located on the second floor, our spacious dog-friendly Studio Apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 or 4 adult guests, making it an ideal choice for a group of friends or a small family with a furry friend. With everything conveniently arranged on one level, it’s particularly suited for families with young children, and there’s room for a travel cot, too.
The apartment features a well-equipped self-catering kitchenette, a cosy seating area, and a sofa bed, offering flexibility and comfort. These added touches make it perfect for longer stays, especially for families who want to prepare their own meals and pack picnics for the little ones on days out.
The large bathroom includes a bathtub and a hand-held shower.

Located on the second floor, our dog-friendly Loft Apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and offers the opportunity to add a simple self-catering aspect to your stay with a modern kitchenette and dining area. This room is perfect for groups of friends, families, or if you simply want a little more space during your stay.
The sleeping arrangements include a spacious double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing up to 3 or 4 adults to stay with ease. There’s also room to accommodate a travel cot, making it a practical option for families. Please note, however, that there are no safety gates on the stairs leading to the bedroom.

Our dog-friendly Accessible Apartment sleeps up to 3 guests and offers the opportunity to add a simple self-catering aspect to your stay with a kitchenette and dining area. This room is accessible as it is located on the ground floor with the entrance in our courtyard.
The sleeping arrangements offer a generously sized king bed, which can be conveniently configured as twin beds to suit your needs. There is also enough floor space for a z-bed or travel cot, making the room ideal for up to 3 guests - whether you're travelling with a child, a friend, or simply looking for a flexible setup.

In our bedrooms and communal spaces, we have worked closely with our fragrance partner, Connock England, to create a scent that evokes a sense of place.
The Verdant fragrance collection was created for our guests and inspired by the countryside in our region. It is a fresh, green fragrance crafted using a vibrant blend of essential oils to capture the essence of the place we call home.
Verdant has notes of blackcurrant, English rose and fig that are layered with uplifting citrus, eucalyptus and peppermint, with grounding undertones of sandalwood and amber adding warmth and depth.
