The bedrooms at Arch House were lovingly refurbished in early 2025, and each echoes all the beautiful elements of the coastline, with sandy tones, reclaimed wood, and subtle nautical touches throughout.

The 13 bedrooms at Arch House are just a short stroll from The Globe Inn. The red-brick house is a Grade II listed building, with views over Wells' rooftops and meadows.

Set away from the commotion of Wells Quay, Staithe Street and The Buttlands, Arch House is a peaceful haven. Each room is a sanctuary that invites you to settle in and unwind, suitable for couples, families and groups of friends, with a communal sitting room, lounge and sunny terrace.

Our Arch House Small King bedrooms are cosy, making them the perfect choice for a relaxing coastal overnight stay. After a day of strolling along the beach and exploring the hidden gems of Norfolk, return to the heaven of your king-sized bed for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Each of our Small King rooms features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and Connock products, a tea and coffee station-including an Illy coffee machine and a TV.
Looking for a more intimate getaway with a loved one for a few days? Our Arch House Medium King bedrooms are light, bright and airy. The interiors are a rich blend of, nature-inspired tones with coastal elements, deep greens, warm browns, and soft sandy hues.

Each of our Medium King rooms features a comfortable king-size bed, a TV, a coffee machine, and Connock toiletries to use during your stay.
The Arch House Large King bedrooms combine coastal elements with modern comfort. These spacious, bright rooms are furnished with super king-size beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Ensuite bathrooms feature walk-in showers, heated towel rails, complimentary Connock toiletries and natural light.

A cot or Z-bed can easily be accommodated in the space upon request. A tea and coffee-making station is provided, including an Illy coffee machine, while a Smart TV provides modern convenience.

One of our Super King rooms can be booked as a Suite with an adjoining bedroom, ideal for friends or older children. Enjoy an inviting freestanding bathtub and the added charm of a wood burner, perfect for cosying up next to after a long walk along the Norfolk coastline.
Our suite offers two interconnected bedrooms, seamlessly crafting a flexible experience for friends or families. The bright and airy super king bedroom features a cosy in-room lounge, a wood burner, and a generous ensuite bathroom. The adjoining king bedroom also includes its own ensuite, cot or Z-bed, and an in-room TV for added convenience.

Our spacious family room spans two floors and comfortably accommodates a family of four. The upper level features a children's room with cosy cabin bunks, a large TV, and a spacious family en-suite. Downstairs, a generously sized room with a plush king-size bed offers a peaceful retreat after exploring the adventures of Norfolk.

We can also provide a cot or Z-bed on request, to accommodate a larger family. Our family room provides all the comforts we offer across all of our accommodation, an Illy Coffee Machine and luxury Connock bathroom toiletries.
