Our Suppliers

Local North Norfolk Cuisine

We are proud to use the finest produce sourced and provided by our valued suppliers, who do a fantastic job serving restaurants in North Norfolk and wider with the best our county has to offer. Here are a few of our key producers:
Andrew Frary: The mussels and crabs we serve are brought straight up from the Quay by the Frary family – a traditional Wells-next-the-Sea family whose fishing history goes back to the beginning of the century.

Mrs Temple’s Cheese: Mrs Temple’s Cheese, based at Copys Green Farm at Wighton, has become an iconic Norfolk brand. She produces farmhouse cheeses from the milk of her own cows. There are a full range of flavours and textures for the cheeseboard and cooking, including soft veined Binham Blue, crumbly Walsingham, Melton Mozzarella, creamy Wighton and the flavoured Gouda-type Warhans.

Arthur Howell Butchers: The fourth generation Wells-next-the-Sea butcher who produces all our breakfast sausages and cooked meats.

Barsby Produce: Last year this local company developed a joint initiative with Elveden Kitchen Garden to grow niche vegetables and this really adds value to their consistently good fruit and vegetable products.

H.G. Graves: Our local butchery supplier uses only locally reared pork and beef. All The Globe’s beef, pork, lamb, chicken and game come from the Norfolk Butcher with a Royal warrant.
