Moules Marinières - Four Ways

Well, it's that time of year when we all celebrate that great harvest of the seas - MUSSELS! This season as usual, we shall be championing and celebrating this local delicacy by cooking them four different ways. Whatever happens with Brexit, we can still be both European and international in our flavours. Whenever possible, we shall be using Andy Frary's mussels which come from just off this coast and are landed at Wells Quay. They are just so sweet. Come and enjoy the 'r' in the month with us!
