Walsingham Abbey Snowdrop Trail

01 Feb 2019
You may know of Walsingham because of its shrines and churches and hugely religious history. However, what is less know abroad but very much cherished locally, are the wonderful snowdrops. They form a beautiful 'carpet' all over the abbey grounds and ancient woodlands. The Abbey encourage visitors, for a small fee, to come and walk through the trails to enjoy the glorious sight. Many locals go each year, almost like a pilgrimage of a different sort. We would urge you to go, you won't be disappointed. The grounds are open until 3 March.
